After years of helping euthanize the terminally ill, a "hospice" worker begins to question the ethics of her job.

Set in the seedy underbelly of a nameless city, three kevorkian nurses aid in the mercy-killing of the elderly, addicted, and dying. Though it’s been her vocation for years, their leader Beverly is seized by a newfound conscience. Her lover Florence, practical and tough, pushes her to keep going, but Beverly can’t help questioning their work–and, inevitably, her own nature.
